The view at Berry Head really stole the show. it was simply stunning. My room was a Double Room with View. I enjoyed the large window that gave a glimpse of the sea, even though it was just a side view. The room felt clean and comfortable, which made it a nice place to unwind after a long day exploring. The food in the restaurant was a highlight. I ordered the crab sandwiches, and they were excellent! Portion sizes were generous, but we definitely had to pace ourselves after a big lunch. the service wasn’t always smooth. Upon arrival, the receptionist was welcoming, but I encountered a rude interaction when trying to secure a table for dinner. Fortunately, another staff member came to my rescue. One major downside was the noise from a wedding taking place during my visit. The music was loud enough that it vibrated the floor, making it hard to enjoy my stay. Breakfast service was rushed, and I had to wait too long for my order. Despite the beautiful location, the rowdiness from the event made for a less relaxing experience. the hotel has a lot going for it but definitely needs to address service consistency, especially during busy times.

I just returned from a lovely stay in an apartment with a sea view and a private hot tub, which made for the perfect morning soak. The indoor swimming pool and beautiful gardens offered great relaxation after our adventures. The only downside was a bit of noise from nearby events, but it didn't ruin our experience at all. 😊

The views from the room were absolutely breathtaking, making our stay truly memorable. We appreciated the attentiveness of the staff, especially Mel, who went out of her way to upgrade us to a sea view room after we initially faced some issues. The breakfast was delightful, but we did experience a long wait for our drinks. the hotel offered a lovely atmosphere amidst beautiful surroundings, and we would happily return for another visit.

Stunning views and comfy stay
We had this sweet side view room that was super spacious and spotlessly clean. The location is fab—just a nice stroll into town and the scenery is to die for! The little bar area was cozy, but the kids' food options could be better. Our son wanted something other than typical kid fare—a bit of variety would be nice.
